My work with crystals and essential oils began long before my practice.

Scents have always been a gateway to memory, emotion, and subtle shifts in how we feel and move through the world.

Essential oils act directly on the limbic system, the part of the brain connected to emotions and memory.
Crystals carry the natural frequencies of the Earth, supporting grounding, balance, and energetic alignment.

Over time, I began combining these two worlds.

Each roll-on is a blend of pure essential oils and crystal chips, created with intention to support your emotional, energetic, and daily wellbeing.

A 360° holistic session designed to explore what is truly asking for attention  in your body, your emotions, and your current life phase.

This is not just about creating a blend.
It is a deep, guided process to bring clarity, release what is held, and realign your system.

Through intuitive exploration, we work on:

• your current emotional and energetic state

• underlying patterns or imbalances

• your intention and what you are moving through

The session combines elements of intuitive guidance, body awareness, and energy work  creating space for insight and shift.

From this process, I design a bespoke roll-on, a precise combination of essential oils, crystals, and affirmation aligned with your energy.

This becomes your daily tool to anchor the work, support integration, and stay connected to your intention over time.
