"Who I Am: A Marketer, Shaman & Crystal Fairy – My Journey from Burnout to Feminine Power"

If I had to describe myself in one word… I’d panic.

Because honestly, how do you sum up a woman who’s a marketer, shaman, spiritual nerd, cycle-syncing witch, and part-time crystal fairy? (Yes, that last ones coined by my friends. I’ve chosen to accept it with pride.)

For years, I tried to find the label that would make me feel like I belonged. Something to make sense of the beautiful chaos inside. But spoiler alert: there isn’t one. And that used to make me feel like an alien. Now? I love being delightfully unboxable, it makes me feel wild & free.

I grew up in Florence, with Sicilian immigrant roots and enough internal identity questions to fill a therapy couch. One thing I knew for sure? I did not want the life that was expected of me: cooking, cleaning, and silently serving spaghetti while the men talked over me. Nope.

So I worked my butt off. I started working at 16, went full-time at 19, and by 23 I was living alone in Milan, chasing my dream job. I had no degree, no connections, and no clue what I was doing—just ambition, espresso, and a refusal to settle.

And it worked! Until, of course, I burnt out. Because success without soul is exhausting.

From Burnout to Breakthrough

Burnout made me pause—and finally listen to the strange, magical signals my body had been sending all along. I dipped into yoga. I dabbled in meditation. I side-eyed a few crystals (they looked harmless). But diving into spirituality wasn’t exactly easy when you’re raised Catholic in a Sicilian family where anything non-traditional is either “witchcraft” or “we don’t talk about that.”

Then I moved to Ireland, got married, and hit another wall: infertility.

That experience cracked me open in ways I can’t sugarcoat—and don’t want to. It forced me to truly understand my body for the first time. At 28, I was diagnosed with PCOS (aka Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), which at the time sounded like something out of a sci-fi movie. Suddenly, my entire life of hormonal chaos made sense.

I didn’t have tools or knowledge.. not until I discovered Menstrual Cycle Awareness.

Turns out, our cycles aren’t a monthly curse from the gods. They’re a freaking blueprint for living in flow—once you stop fighting them and start listening. I changed my lifestyle, synced with my cycle, and slowly started healing.

What I’m Doing Now (And Why You Might Want to Stick Around)

Being the curious creature I am, I didn’t stop there. I studied everything I could: holistic health, womb wisdom, emotional healing, shamanic practices—you name it. Meanwhile, I also completed a Master’s in Marketing & Communication (because I still love a good strategy session between moon rituals).

In the past five years, I’ve blended my corporate career with spiritual training, completed a Shamanic path and the Menstruality Mentorship with Red School, and spent a lot of time wondering, “Can I put this all together without sounding completely nuts?”

Answer: Yes. And I’m doing it.

It’s about that beautiful in-between. Where spreadsheets meet sage. Where inner work doesn’t cancel outer ambition. Where women can live, lead, and bleed in alignment with who they really are.

I’m here to share my journey, from Paris (where I live now!), what I’ve learned (and unlearned), and how I’m now helping other women reconnect with their bodies, cycles, and wild wisdom.

So if you’ve ever felt a little too weird, too spiritual, too tired, too emotional—or just too much? You’re my kind of people.

Curious? Confused? Intrigued?Perfect.Subscribe, follow, or just hang out here—I’ll be sharing stories, insights, tools, and offerings soon.

Because this isn’t just my journey. It might be yours, too. ✨
